A little video in which we demonstrate one way of safely accessing a roof. Video illustrates putting a ladder stop in place to stop it from slipping, correctly angling the ladder, securing the ladder, adjusting rope tension, anchoring roof truss through a terracotta tile with a figure eight knot.

That seems to eliminate the risk quite well. Gutter Cleaning on our house in Toorak is a precarious situation.
