Cobweb Removal

Posted 5 October 2010 by Grayson

Spider droppings can actually damage the painted surfaces of your home. Spider droppings are a particular problem for windowsills. Look closely at your windowsills. The edge corners of your windowsills may have little black and white specks, particularly on the outside. These marks are spider droppings. Spider droppings around your home look like miniature bird droppings, they are generally black and white in colour.

Regular cobweb cleaning can actually kill off the spiders because without the webs they can no longer feed. Old cobwebs collect dust and can leave stains on your eaves, gutters and fascia boards.

A good window cleaning service includes removing any cobwebs and spider droppings from the windowsills and frames using a long handle brush like the one pictured.
